1. General Sales
1. No fixed time can be given for deliveries but every effort will be made to facilitate customers.
2. Deliveries are free for goods over €1000, for deliveries of less or outside Dublin, a fee may apply.
3. Carpet Quantity is in Squre metres where applicable
4. The Risk in the goods pass to the buyer on delivery but ownership will remain with the Company until payment has been made in full.
6. Balances must be paid BEFORE installation.
7. Carpet orders must be delivered within one month from order date.
8.Only when orders have been fully paid for can the storage period be extended
9. Normal carpeting cannot be guaranteed to join properly.
10. Customer Information: It is recommended to move your carpet every 6 months
2. Online Sales
Despite our efforts, a small number of Products on the Site can be mispriced. However we verify prices as part of our disptach procedures and at that stage we either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your Accepted Order and notify you of such cancellation.
We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order for which payment has been accepted) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:
* the product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded);
* your billing information is not correct or not verifiable or you cannot be contacted in;
* your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
* there was an error in the price quote;
* we could not deliver to the address provided by you.
